  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Fashion Clothing Sale purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Pierced earrings (unless defective)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear or lacks original packaging
  • Jewelry without all original protective packaging and tags

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange item)
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

For exchanges, we’ll process your request as soon as we receive the return. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or contact you with alternatives.

Damaged or Defective Items
