At Fashion Clothing Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish accessories, footwear, and apparel. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, with the following exceptions:
- Ballerina Shoes and other footwear must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging
- Jewelry items (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets) must be returned with all original protective packaging and tags attached
- Final sale items will be clearly marked as non-returnable
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank)
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive your return. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or contact you for alternative options.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
Note: This policy applies to all regions we ship to globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). For international returns, please allow additional time for shipping and processing.
